Amazing location and breakfasts

We had a great stay, our rooms were newly decorated and they were cleaned everyday. The location is great, close to the tourist attractions. We were very happy with the host who helped to keep our luggage and called airport taxi.

Very welcoming front desk! So helpful and service-minded. Sweet staff at breakfast. The view from the breakfast terrasse is spectacular! Clean room. Good air con. Even though my room was very small it was certainly well equipped. Location - very close to the Lepanto metro station which make the hotel easy accessible. Prati is a nice quiet area of Rome,

The first thing that I have to mention is the staff, they were very friendly and very gentle, even though the room did not meet my expectation in the beginning that I will explain later, they still tried to be understanding even though there was no solution. after check out they let us leave our luggage and they perfectly kept it even though I was a bit nervous (it's normal when u leave keepall 55 :) ) the breakfast was good and the view on the rooftop was amazing. the location was also good, nice zone.

Our room (nr 31) was in a dependance building located at the Via Enzio 9, two blocks away from the main building. They own a section of the 3rd floor which is accessible by elevator. The rooms are modern and equipped with airconditioning. They were cleaned on a daily basis by the staff, who did a stellar job. One morning we put our washed clothes from the lavanderia on the bed to let them dry out a bit further. We put them on the bed in a way to signal to the cleaners that they didn’t have to bother making up the bed. We wouldn’t mind if the bed stayed messy when we arrived back. But when we arrived back at the room in the evening, the cleaners made the bed anyway and put the clothes back in the exact same position. This indicates a high level of service and hospitality to us so we really appreciated the gesture from the staff.

Refurbished room in a different building. Receptionist was very kind and helping with our luggage. The room had USB A and C charging ports so didn’t needed an adaptor which was nice touch. Spacious room and secure access. I liked that the building lift retained its architectural/original design but modernised it.

Everything was great! Our room was clean, on the smaller side, but totally enough for a few nights stay and even had a balcony! The breakfast buffet was totally enough for a solid breakfast with a variety of products. The reception staff was friendly, the cleaning stuff thoughrough and discreet. The hotel is in an incredlibly good location if you're looking to experience the city. We came for a concert at the Stadio Olimpico and were able to walk by foot there (45 minutes). Originally we planned to go by bus, but the Stadium turned out to be a nightmare to reach by public transport on concert day. On the other hand, the hotel is in perfect location with walking distance to many main attractions in Rome or with a short trip on the 87 bus to reach the city center. I was really surprised how well the location worked out and how pleasant the stay was. An absolute 10 for this price.

It was my second time at this hotel (the first one was in April 2017). Location is still one of the best in Rome. In 2017 breakfasts were okay, but could be better. Now they definitely got better, topped with the view of St. Joachim Catholic Church. The room was small, but very clean. Wi-Fi signal was good, and even "remembered" me from the prevous time. I needed transfer to the airport, and reception was the most helpful with it. Not only they just placed the order, but saw that the car arrived and picked me up. Which was really necessary, since the car was about 20 min late.

Very charming place in an old building. I stayed in the extra house a few steps away but that was actually really charming as you get your own keys to the building. Great location with a lot of busses around, bars and restaurants. By foot you can reach a lot of touristy locations. Nice modern room with a small fridge.

Polite and professional staff. Helpful and brighten up your day. Comprehensive breakfast choices, even chia seeds are provided. Clean, not a speck of dust in sight. New towels everyday. Daily room cleaning. Love it.
